A blend of genres for a mix of people is what the Mixed Grooves movement is about. For NEXT, Mixed Grooves is teaming up with DJ School Amsterdam to curate a line-up of the next gen of common names on the scene.

Montana Aerts is a tech/house DJ blending driving grooves with a vibrant Latin twist.
Alongside her journey in music, she’s also a professional kickboxer a discipline that shapes her focus, intensity, and presence behind the decks.
Expect high-energy vibes, and a sound that keeps the dancefloor moving.
NêZ
Born in Lisbon, based in Amsterdam, NêZ is a groove-driven DJ known for genre-jumping sets. A lifelong music enthusiast, she blends Afro house, Baile funk, EDM and club edits with sexy bass lines.
Behind the decks, NêZ crafts fluid, high-energy journeys that celebrate dance culture—shifting from smooth grooves to heavier club pressure. For her, DJ-ing is an invitation to let go, connect, and feel the music fully.
Daniel Plainview
Daniel Painview is an Irish techno DJ living in Amsterdam.
He is drawn to dark grooves, driving percussion and intoxicatingly hypnotic rhythms.
With these tools he builds pressure on the floor, surgically released through fleeting moments of euphoria or calm.
